We begin our billing day with DATA SECURITY. Our IT ensures safe and speedy transfer of data from the Physician's office to our billers.

We strive to have 95-97% claim submission in 24 hours and claims with issues are documented and reported to the Physician's office regularly and followed till resolved.

We have an active claim follow up protocol. Our AR team does a constant follow up as soon as any unpaid claim is past 30-45 days. All issues of Insurance refunds, rebilling of claims, and need of more documentation are monitored, documented and acted upon in a timely manner.
